Testate

When someone dies with a last will and testament already in place, it is considered testate. If your loved one had provided a will, we can help ensure that the proper items go to the proper beneficiaries and all requests are followed.

Intestate

In the event that a family member or friend has not created a last will and testament, it is considered intestate. In this situation a personal representative then must be appointed to handle the estate. The division of assets and estate will have to be determined by a Probate Court. Our office can help explain the process and find the most suitable candidate to represent the wants of the deceased. With our assistance, we make sure the process is as seamless as possible and exact the wishes of the deceased.
