Testate

When someone dies with a last will and testament already in place, it is considered testate. If your loved one had provided a will, we can help ensure that the proper items go to the proper beneficiaries and all requests are followed.

Intestate

In the event that a family member or friend has not created a last will and testament, it is considered intestate. In this situation a personal representative then must be appointed to handle the estate. The division of assets and estate will have to be determined by a Probate Court.
